FormDex by MeshDex helps you collect and route form submissions. This policy explains what data we process, why we process it, and how we keep it secure.
Data We Collect
We store account details such as name, email address, and plan status. For each form submission, we store the fields you configure along with metadata (timestamp, IP, and user-agent).
How We Use Data
Data is used to deliver submissions, send notifications, and provide analytics, billing, and support. We do not sell customer data or use it for advertising.
Data Retention
We retain submission data while your account is active. You can delete forms and submissions at any time from the dashboard.
Security
We apply access controls, encryption in transit, and audit logging. You are responsible for keeping API keys secure and limiting allowed origins.
