Monthly Plan Payments
Monthly plan changes take effect immediately. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days and we will review the request.
One-time Credit Top-ups
One-time top-up credits are non-refundable once applied, because credits are consumed in real time. If credits have not been used, we can review exceptions.
Billing Issues
Duplicate charges, failed checkouts, or billing anomalies should be reported immediately so we can investigate and resolve them.
