Plan Upgrades

Upgrades take effect immediately. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days and we will review the request.

Credit purchases are non-refundable once applied, because credits are consumed in real time. If credits have not been used, we can review exceptions.

Duplicate charges, failed checkouts, or billing anomalies should be reported immediately so we can investigate and resolve them.
